Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We accept Returns and Exchanges on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds are transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID. We do not offer store credit, credit notes, or vouchers.

1.  Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Upon successful inspection, the refund is transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID — no store credit, no credit notes.

 

What Can Be Returned

  Size issue — item does not fit as expected

  Defective or damaged product received

  Wrong item dispatched

  Significant colour mismatch (not due to photography or screen calibration)

  Customer changed mind — eligible only if item is unused, unworn, and with all original tags intact

Return Eligibility Conditions

     Request raised within 3 days of confirmed delivery

     Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

     All original tags and packaging are intact

     Repacking video is mandatory — record yourself packing the item before courier handover

     Unboxing video strongly recommended — required for defect or wrong item claims

     Domestic (India) orders only

     Only one return or exchange permitted per order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

     Items purchased during a sale or promotional event

     Items purchased using a coupon code, discount code, or gift voucher

     Items that have been used, washed, or worn

     Items without original tags or packaging

    International orders 

How to Initiate a Return

Email Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with: Order ID, reason for return, clear photographs/video of the issue, repacking video (mandatory), and your bank account number + IFSC code or UPI ID.

300 pickup charge per product, borne by the customer, non-refundable. This is separate from your refund and paid upfront. If your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 3 days of delivery. An exchange replaces your item with the correct size, colour, or product, subject to stock availability.

How to Request an Exchange

4.  Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Email Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com with your Order ID.

     COD orders: Cancelled with no charges

     Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus 2–3%payment gateway charges

     No cancellations accepted once the order has been dispatched

Jaipuri Dhaaga-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, unserviceable address, or suspected fraud. Full amount refunded to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5.  Refund Policy
