Exchange Policy

At Jaipuri Dhaaga, we strive to make every purchase a confident and enjoyable experience. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We request you to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing your order.

 

We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are the only resolution available post-delivery, subject to the conditions below.

 

 

Exchange Policy

What Can Be Exchanged

Exchange requests are accepted only for the following reasons:

 Size issue

 Defective or damaged product received

 Wrong item dispatched

 Colour mismatch (significant variation, not photography-related)

 

Eligibility Conditions

For an item to be eligible for exchange, all of the following must be met:

 Request raised within 3 days of delivery

 Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

 All original tags and packaging are intact

 Unboxing video is strongly recommended — serves as evidence for defect or damage claims and may be required during inspection

 Repacking video is mandatory — you must record yourself packing the item before handing it to the courier. This video must be shared via email with your exchange request. Requests without repacking video proof will not be processed.

 Exchange is available for domestic (India) orders only

 Only one exchange is permitted per order

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

 Items purchased during a sale or promotional event

 Items purchased using a coupon code, discount code, or gift voucher

 Items that have been used, washed, or worn

 Items without original tags or packaging

 

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with all of the following:

 Your order ID

 Reason for exchange

 Photographs or video clearly showing the issue

 Video of you packing the product for return (mandatory)

 

1. Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility by the next working day.

2. Processing Fee: Pay the ₹300 reverse pickup charge per product and share the payment screenshot via email.

3. Reverse Pickup: Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange reverse pickup from your delivery address.

4. Inspection & Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

5. Size Unavailable: If the required size is not in stock, a credit note of equivalent value will be issued.

 

Note: Certain pin codes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases, you will need to self-ship the item to our return address using a traceable courier. Share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch with us. Jaipuri Dhaaga is not responsible for items lost in transit during self-shipping.

After We Receive Your Item

 The returned item undergoes a thorough quality inspection

 If it passes, the replacement is dispatched within 7–10 working days

 If the required size is unavailable, a credit note of equivalent value is issued

 If the item fails inspection (signs of use, missing tags, or unreported damage), the exchange request will be rejected and the item returned to you

 

Exchange Charges

 Reverse pickup charge: ₹300 per product — borne by the customer, non-refundable

 Self-ship return cost is also fully borne by the customer

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched

 To cancel, email jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com with your order ID

 COD orders: Cancelled with no charges

 Prepaid orders: Refund processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus 2–3% payment gateway charges

 No cancellations accepted once the order has been dispatched

 

Jaipuri Dhaaga-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in the following cases:

 Product unavailability or stock discrepancy

 Incorrect pricing or listing

 Unserviceable delivery address

 Suspected fraudulent activity

 

In all such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email.

 

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders. The only resolution post-delivery is an exchange, subject to the eligibility conditions stated above.

 

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

 Order cancelled by Jaipuri Dhaaga: Full refund to original payment method

 Customer-initiated cancellation before dispatch: Refund to original payment method, minus 2–3% payment gateway fee

 Exchange where required size is unavailable: Credit note issued — not a cash refund
