How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can use it to check your Jaipuri Dhaaga order status anytime. For shipping updates or help, reach out to our team via email.
What if my order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline?
If your order shows no tracking movement for more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, write to us at Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com with your order ID. We will raise an investigation with our courier partner and provide a resolution — replacement or refund — within 7 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
To find your perfect fit, refer to the Jaipuri Dhaaga Size Guide available on each product page. Sizing can vary across garments depending on the cut, fabric, and style. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order to reduce returns. For help, contact our team anytime.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and your screen's display settings. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy across all devices. Some fabrics — especially those with natural dyes — may also have a tendency for colour bleeding. Please follow care instructions carefully.
Are your clothes pre-washed / shrink-resistant? How should I care for my garment?
Jaipuri Dhaaga clothes are not pre-washed and may shrink slightly in the first wash, especially cotton fabrics. This is natural and helps the fabric settle into its final fit. We use high-quality, breathable materials that soften beautifully over time.
Most Jaipuri Dhaaga garments are Dry Clean Only unless otherwise stated on the product label. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided. For best results, always follow our wash care instructions on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We run promotional sales and offer discount codes from time to time. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming offers.
Please note: items purchased during a sale or with a discount or coupon code are not eligible for exchange.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, email Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com with your order ID.
COD orders: Cancelled with no charges.
Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus 2–3%
payment gateway charges.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what do I do?
Email us at Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com immediately with your order ID and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address. If it has already been dispatched, we cannot intercept the shipment. Re-dispatch after a failed delivery will attract an additional shipping charge of Rs. 300.
What happens if delivery fails?
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept:
Prepaid orders: Refund initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive the
returned package, minus Rs. 300 shipping charges.
COD orders: Order cancelled with no further action required.
Exchange & Refund
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange requests are accepted for the following reasons only: size issue, defective or damaged product received, wrong item dispatched, or significant colour mismatch (not photography-related variation).
To be eligible, ALL of the following must be met:
Request raised within: 48 hours of delivery.
Item condition: Unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and packaging
intact.
Repacking video: Mandatory (see below).

What items cannot be exchanged?
The following are non-exchangeable under all circumstances:
Sale items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional event.
Discounted items: Items purchased with a coupon code, discount code, or credit
voucher.
Used items: Items showing signs of use, washing, or wear.
Incomplete items: Items without original tags or packaging.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Email us at Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with all of the following:
1. Your order ID.
2. Reason for exchange.
3. Photographs or video clearly showing the issue.
4. A video of you packing the product for exchange — this is mandatory. Requests without this video will
not be processed.
Our team will confirm eligibility by the next working day. Once confirmed, pay the Rs. 300 reverse pickup charge per product and share the payment screenshot via email. We will then arrange reverse pickup from your delivery address.
If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship to our exchange address using a traceable courier.
Who bears the exchange shipping cost?
A reverse pickup charge of Rs. 300 per product applies to all exchange requests, regardless of reason. This charge is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. If self-shipping is required due to pin code restrictions, that cost is also fully borne by the customer.
What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Email us at Jaipuridhaaga@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained. Upon verification, we will process an exchange.
Always record a video while unpacking your parcel. This serves as evidence in the event of damage or incorrect product claims.
How long does it take to receive my replacement?
Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, the replacement is dispatched within 7–10 working days. If the required size is not available, a credit voucher of equivalent value will be issued instead, valid for 30 days.
